5K Run Raises Funds for Cornerstone Prep
Athletic Ministry Annual 5K Run
Each year, The Athletic Ministry of Christ United Methodist Church sponsors the "In His Steps 5K Run" (IHS). The event provides financial support for ministries that
serve the Memphis Community.
$15,000 Donation!
This year's 17th annual run supported Cornerstone
Preparatory School. More than 300 runners participated in the event and
the proceeds are expected to exceed $15,000.
The race was run on a beautiful morning, as the Lord provided ideal race
conditions. The participants included serious runners, casual joggers,
dads pushing their children in strollers and families walking together.

What a great day of fellowship and exercise! We thank everyone who
participated.
